CBT is a short term, cost effective approach to problem-solving and mental health problems: A course of CBT for Anxiety, Stress, Depression and Low self-esteem is usually between 6 to 12 sessions.
These sessions usually take place on a weekly basis to begin with and once you become familiar with the approach and require less support, the sessions can be arranged fortnightly or monthly to suit your needs.
Some chronic and lifelong problems may require longer term treatment.
Mindfulness-based Approach is normally taught in the format of a 8-week course and then sessions, to further explore your experience, can be booked when and if needed.
I encourage you to call me to discuss the concerns you have at the moment, which will allow me to explain how CBT can work for you and give you an idea about the length of the treatment, so that you can make an informed choice about your therapy or coaching.
Cancellations will be charged at the full rate unless 48 hours notice is given.
Paying for sessions
I accept cash, cheques on the day of the session. Electronic bank payment can also be arranged by prior agreement.
